Virtual Adult and Adolescent IOP Coming Soon
What is IOP?
The ThriveFocus Intensive Outpatient Program provides structured, evidence-based support for adults and adolescents ages 13–17 navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, burnout, emotional overwhelm, or major life transitions. Our virtual IOP offers more support than weekly therapy while allowing participants to remain at home and continue work, school, family responsibilities, and daily life.
